A log book made for how you work

The same books, with your name on the cover, or with the fields your own routine actually needs.

What we can change

From a name on the cover to a book that does not exist yet

Your name on it

Your name and logo on the cover and the title page. Every working page inside stays the book your people already know.

The fields you use

Different columns, different codes, more or fewer rows, an extra field your process needs, or a page we do not print today.

A book of your own

A record you keep on paper that nobody publishes. Tell us what the page has to hold and we will design it from scratch.

How it works

Three steps to a quote

1 · Tell us what you need

Fill in the form below. It costs nothing and orders nothing. We read every request ourselves and reply within one week.

2 · We send a quote and our terms

One clear price, what it covers, how long it takes, and our full terms attached so you can read everything before you decide.

3 · You accept, and we start

Work begins once you accept the terms and the deposit arrives. You see a proof before anything is printed or published.

A branded edition usually takes six weeks or so once we start. Bigger changes take longer, and your quote will say how long before you commit to anything.

Two ways to receive it

You do not have to decide now

Some organizations want the finished files so they can print with someone local. Others would rather their people ordered copies from Amazon as they need them. Both work, and which one suits you depends on where you are and how many copies you expect. Tell us your situation in the form and we will recommend one in the quote, with everything it involves set out in full.

Start a request

Tell us about your edition

Nothing here is an order and nothing is owed. The more you tell us, the more useful our first reply will be.

School, clinic, team, agency or company. Leave it blank if you are asking for your own family.

It changes what we can recommend, so we ask early.

A rough guess is fine. It orders nothing.

What should change

Tick everything that applies.

If your date is tight, say so and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

It helps us propose something that fits.

We reply within one week. Your request reaches hello@ostgrove.com through Web3Forms, the service that delivers it, and we use it only to answer you.

Questions people ask first

What does it cost?

It depends on how much of the book changes. Putting your name on an edition we already publish is the smallest job; redesigning the pages around your process is a larger one. Tell us what you need and you will get one clear number, not a range.

Where do we see the terms?

They come with the quote, in full, before you pay anything. Deposit, revisions, schedule, licensing and what happens if either of us cannot go on are all written there rather than buried on a web page. Nothing is agreed until you have read them.

Does your name have to be on our book?

The Ostgrove imprint stays on the book by default, the same way a publisher's name stays on any book. If you need the edition to carry only your own name, that is usually possible for an additional fee. Tell us in the form.

Can we see it before we commit further?

Yes. You see a proof and can ask for changes before anything is printed or published, and the quote says exactly how that works.

Who owns the design?

Ostgrove keeps the copyright in the design and licenses the edition to you. Your name, your logo, and any wording or forms you give us stay yours. The quote sets out what the license covers.

Do we have to be an organization?

No. Most requests come from schools, clinics and teams, but families ask too, usually for a caregiving log built around one person's routine.

What languages can you make it in?

English only. We will not set a book in a language we cannot proofread ourselves, because a log book with a wrong label in it is worse than no log book.

Are these books medical or legal documents?

No. Our logbooks are record keeping tools, not medical devices, and we do not give medical, legal or financial advice. If your organization has rules about what it must record and for how long, those rules are yours to meet, and we will build the pages around them if you tell us what they are.
