One book for one cash box
Each month has seven ledger pages and a closing page. Each ledger page holds 18 entries for dates, paid to or from, descriptions, receipts, cash out, cash in and the running balance.
Close the month
The closing page includes formulas, a line for counted cash, and boxes for Short, Over or Balanced. There is also space for advances still out and cash needed to restore the float.
